老婆的同事昨天問，"如何在Excel的儲存格中，設定下拉式的預設值？"

 

例如，某一欄位中，輸入的內容永遠只有四個選項‧做預設值的設定，可以節省打字時間，並且避免打字錯誤‧

 

簡單的做法如下，

 

只要選取該欄,

 然後選 資料

驗證

儲存格內允許→選清單

輸入來源 即可

今日向同事安德瑞詢問如何將音樂CD轉換為MP3電腦檔案‧安德瑞不愧是訓練有術的工程師，所寫的步驟描述非常清楚實用‧在這邊和各位分享‧

 

If you have one of the latest version of Windows Media Player it has an included Ripping function.
如果你有最新版的Windows Media Player，其中便包含了擷取CD音樂的功能‧

One Time Instructions: (Do this only once to configure for MP3 ripping)

以下步驟只需做一次(設定擷取音樂格式為MP3) 

1. Open Windows Media Player

1. 開啟Windows Media Player軟體

2. From the top menu select Tools | Options | Rip Music

2. 從上方的目錄選項中，選擇 工具/選項/擷取音樂

3. Under "Format" select "MP3" (instead of "WMA")
3. 在格式選項選擇"MP3" (而不是"WMA")

 

4. Set the quality control (just below "Format") to your desired quality. The lowest setting (128) makes fairly good quality copies. DVD use the next setting (192).
     Note: In my opinion anything higher is not worth the extra space unless you have some kind of a super sound card and sound system.

5. You can also click the "Change" button and/or the "File Name" button to change the destination folder (where the MP3 will appear - and then can be moved to a different location if desired) and the name that the MP3 files will have. )

Ripping Instructions: (Do this with each CD you want to rip)

1. Insert the CD into your computer.

2. Close any windows that may pop up when you do this.

3. Open Windows Media Player

4. One of the Tabs near the top of the application should say something like "Rip" or "Rip Music". Select this tab.

4. 上方會有個"擷取"標籤，按下這個標籤‧

5. Somewhere on the application screen you should find a "Start" or "Rip" button (I think it is in the lower right hand corner of the screen).

5. 螢幕右上部，會有一個"擷取音樂"按鈕，把它按下‧

Of course there are may other program that can do this function which may have more features but Windows Media Player should be able to do the job without having to install other software.

當然除了Windows Media Player外，也有其他的應用軟體有此功能，並提供更多的特色，但Windows Media Player不用再另外安裝，且能達成轉換的目的‧
